Delhi-based electric vehicle start-up Komaki Electric Vehicles has announced that it will launch its first electric cruise motorcycle in January 2022. The Komaki Ranger, as it will be called, will offer a range of 250 km in a single charged. from its 4 kW battery, considered the largest battery of an electric two-wheeler in India. The Komaki Ranger will be equipped with a 5,000 W motor that will perform very well, the company said. In addition, the Komaki Ranger will benefit from features such as cruise control, repair switch, reverse switch as well as Bluetooth connectivity.

Commenting on the upcoming launch, Gunjan Malhotra, Komaki Electrical Division Manager, said: “The Ranger is going to be a game-changer because it is India’s very first electric cruiser. There are some things that need to be finalized but we decided to keep the price affordable. We want everyone – especially the common man – to experience the joy of riding a quality cruiser made in India. Komaki has invested over a million dollars in the design and development of the Ranger. We have spared no effort to make Ranger our masterpiece, and we hope it will be lovingly received once it hits the market. “
