2022 Honda Rebel 250 Cruiser motorcycle unveiled in Japan with new design features
Honda unveiled the 2022 Rebel 250 update in Japan. The bike is the entry point to the lineup which also includes the larger Rebel 500 and Rebel 1100. The updated iteration comes with new paint schemes including Pearl Spener Blue.
In terms of design, the bike can be seen with a prominent dark blue and metallic color on its fuel tank as well as a rear fender. The frame, on the other hand, is completely black. Honda only offers the Pearl Spencer Blue option for the premium Rebel 250 S Edition, which also comes with additional features such as a diamond stitched seat, fork gaiters as well as a headlight cowl.
Aside from the external cosmetic changes, the rest of the bike remains the same. The engine is still the same 249cc single cylinder which develops 26hp and 22Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The motorcycle benefits from full LED lighting and a fully digital dashboard.
While the bike was unveiled in Japan, it will soon be launched in some international markets. However, it is not known if the motorcycle will arrive on our shores. Meanwhile, there is speculation that his older brother, Rebel 500, will come to India sometime in 2022.
